Requirements

• Proven experience in an auto body repair environment, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with team members and customers alike.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficiency in using automotive shop management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the auto body shop, including workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
• Supervise and motivate a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to maintain high morale and productivity.
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently met, from vehicle assessment to final delivery.
• Develop and implement business strategies to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies and materials as needed.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the dealership's departments to ensure seamless service and customer's satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze metrics for performance improvement.
• Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards.
