As an Autism Counselor, you'll: Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Provide job coaching to develop and build vocational skills Build positive relationships and celebrate every success Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs Teach and support skill development in areas such as: Communication and social interaction Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene Vocational and pre-employment skills Adaptive physical education and self-preservation Receive paid training and coaching Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment What We Do: The New England Center for Children (NECC) is a global leader in autism education and research.
