About The Position
Coors Field is home to the MLB Colorado Rockies in Denver, Colorado. This management role oversees event-day operations of the cash room and auditing process. In this role, you will oversee the matching of product sales to product usage, tracking of cashier variances and event sales report preparation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary depending on location needs.
Requirements
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Previous inventory experience preferred.
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work within a team environment.
- Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of post-event cash handling, documenting any discrepancies or variances in cash to sales.
- Supervision of organization of the event stand folders with paperwork necessary to document product transfers, product spoilage, employee meals, inventory stand sheets and any required paperwork.
- Adherence to all cash handling policies and controls including pre and post counts.
- Auditing inventory counts, by ensuring accurate entry of starting and ending counts for all stands, coordinating recounts for inventory discrepancies as needed.
- Communicates closely with all departments, particularly F & B and Warehouse to ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
