What: Lead audit engagements, mentor associates, manage client relationships, and support business development. When: Hiring immediately to support a growing Richmond, VA audit practice. Position Overview: The Audit Senior Manager will lead audit engagements across a variety of commercial industries, oversee the development of audit staff, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued success and growth of the Richmond practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.
- Active CPA license required.
- 7+ years of public accounting experience.
- Commercial and/or real estate audit experience preferred.
- Proven leadership and staff development skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee audit engagements for commercial and real estate clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop A&A associates through coaching and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for client expansion.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to advance practice goals and quality standards.
