About The Position

In this role, you will impact the overall compliance and training posture of our organization, enabling us to operate efficiently while minimizing risks associated with non-compliance. You will report directly to the Director of Trade Compliance, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, strategies, and methodologies to assess risk.
  • Identify, document, and report compliance gaps and risks to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance and support on audit and regulatory matters.
