Requirements

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (such as Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics)
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in auditing, risk, compliance, and/or large infrastructure or transportation projects
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and a willingness to learn in a professional environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with internal audit and compliance reviews related to project and business processes
  • Help test controls, gather supporting documentation, and perform basic data analytics tasks
  • Support preparation of audit workpapers, summaries, and draft observations
  • Participate in meetings with project and functional teams to follow up on audit-related questions
  • Assist in tracking action items, documenting process flows, and updating audit files and logs
  • Help review policies, procedures, and project documentation for consistency with applicable standards and guidelines
