About The Position

Requirements

  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Workday.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service perspective.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and improve departmental efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the executive assistant to the General Auditor and Assistant General Auditor.
  • Coordinate and gather data for Audit Committee and Board of Governors reporting.
  • Perform research and analysis for surveys and requests for information.
  • Conduct business planning analysis and assist in budget development.
  • Prepare management monitoring reports based on department data analysis.
  • Verify and analyze System audit community metrics.
  • Compile status information for reporting on objectives and deliverables.
  • Provide training to new employees on administrative processes and controls.
  • Coordinate department level Workday responsibilities including time reporting.
  • Verify and analyze monthly expenses and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Handle purchasing and invoice verification for the department.
  • Process requests regarding facilities, travel, and meeting space.
  • Assist with fixed asset reports and reconciliations.
  • Administer the department's C-Notes and SharePoint sites.
  • Contribute to department policies and procedures development.
  • Manage department calendar and central files, including personnel records.
  • Coordinate logistics for department events and meetings.
  • Represent the Audit department on System and Bank workgroups.
