About The Position

Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance Center, a division of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, is seeking to fill an Audiology Resident position (4th year). ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is one of the largest private practice otolaryngology groups in the country. Our practice provides comprehensive subspecialty ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group. Our institution is looking for ambitious, hardworking, and enthusiastic candidates with a dedication to providing quality patient care. We are seeking to fill an Audiology Resident (4th year) position for the 2026-2027 academic year. The opening is for a full-time (Monday - Friday), paid position. Position Offerings: Comprehensive diagnostic audiometric evaluations (pediatric and adult). Diagnostic vestibular evaluations and electrophysiologic assessments (ABR, EcoG, OAE, VEMP). Dispensing of state-of-the-art digital technologies and assistive listening devices. Aural rehabilitation assessments and community education programs. Implantable services including cochlear implants and osseointegrated devices (Baha, Ponto, Esteem Envoy). Tinnitus and Hyperacusis evaluation, counseling, and management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, eligibility for Audiology Residency (4th year), and eligibility for Florida provisional Audiology license.
  • Strong clinical foundation in diagnostic hearing and vestibular evaluations, as well as treatment and management of hearing loss.
  • Strong communication and computer skills are required.
  • A keen ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members is mandatory.
