Who We Are: For the past 40 years, Augusta ENT PC has been providing a full spectrum of specialty care for people of all ages across the CSRA. With 5 offices, 16 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta Aiken ENT & Allergy strives to help everyone feel their very best. We have recently expanded south to team up with Dr. Lippincott and his team in Statesboro!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
- Basic computer skills
- High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility
- Previous customer service experience
Nice To Haves
- CMA, MA, CNA, Surgical Technician
- Previous medical and or/Audiology experience
Responsibilities
- Provide Hearing tests and Tympanometry
- Balance and Otoacoustic Emissions
- Epley Maneuvers for patients
- Work closely with our Audiologist to provide the best service to our hearing aid patients
