Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. Educate patients about hearing loss and recommend tailored treatment solutions. Fit and dispense hearing aids with a focus on optimal outcomes and satisfaction. Operate as the sole provider on-site, managing patient care independently while supported by a national team. Requirements

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Current Audiologist license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Clinical proficiency in diagnostic audiometry and hearing aid fitting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patient-first, outcomes-driven mindset.
