Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
- Select, fit, and program amplification using best practices
- Conduct hearing aid checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and cleanings
- Track and manage hearing aid orders (new and repairs)
- Participate in community outreach, marketing initiatives, and educational seminars
