About The Position

Stamm Media is looking to hire an audio-visual warehouse supervisor to join our team in our Las Vegas, NV office. This person would oversee the day-to-day operations as the sister warehouse to our Milwaukee, WI location. At Stamm, we foster an environment where everyone’s contributions make a difference. Requirements

  • Five (5)+ years’ experience as a warehouse manager and/or technician in the A/V or Lighting Industry or similar experience and/or training
  • High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)
  • Manage a fast-paced, on-the-fly environment
  • Willingess to work occasional nights & weekends, after-hours – and a good driving record is required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is prepped and maintained according to show schedules
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks
  • Maintain strict standards while returning and quality checking all equipment returning to the Stamm warehouse
  • Prepping / testing equipment for jobs
  • Maintaining a close eye on all inventory with regular check-ins with leadership to ensure all broken/missing items are replaced and billed in a timely fashion
  • Attention to detail as all shows are packed and verified before delivery to show site
  • Occasional errands to local show sites to help resolve last-minute emergencies with equipment, staffing, etc. (may involve after-hours and weekend work)
  • Daily organization and general upkeep of the warehouse
  • Continuous communication with leadership to always optimize our warehouse and systems and processes across multiple locations
  • Provide direct supervision of employees and freelancers working in the warehouse
  • Assist with show delivery/set-up/dismantle/operations; only when needed
