Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related experience in an organization of similar size are required. An Associate's degree in a related field can take the place of 1 year experience.
  • Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of various video display methods to include but not limited to plasma, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), video projection and Light Emitting Diode (LED) as well as video delivery standards and networking required.
  • The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
  • The ability to interact with customers and team members professionally.
  • The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move for duration of scheduled shift. The team member is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The team member must be able to operate a personal computer. The team member may be required to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. Team member must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties, Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

  • Test and maintain the Audio Visual (AV) and Public Address (PA) systems, zones and volume levels.
  • Maintain all the video screens stationed in both the front and back of house to ensure that the screens are functioning properly to include but not limited to monthly removal of screens for cleaning and repair of all parts and connections; and maintenance of internal video screen components as necessary.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of replacements parts in stock, screens, computers, amplifiers, speakers, and other AV equipment by manufacturer and by location in the casino.
  • Coordinate, support, and execute live broadcasts of all major promotions and events taking place in the casino.
  • Obtain quotes from Purchasing for replacement parts, new screens, and new AV components to keep the system up and running as necessary.
  • Maintain digital software including Triple Play and Scala.
  • Troubleshoot basic computer and Wi-Fi issues.
  • Interact with all departments for AV support as necessary.
  • Update template video messaging as needed in the absence of Audio Visual Supervisor for requesting departments.
  • Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
