A Day in the Life: Responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio and video (AV) equipment for various events. Ensure high-quality sound and visual presentations that align with our brand's dynamic and energetic image. Work closely with the Events Marketing department to support the seamless execution of events, ensuring all technical aspects are handled efficiently and professionally. The Impact You'll Make: Travel and Operate Gear at Activation Sites: Travel to various activation sites to set up and operate gear, ensuring that the equipment is used effectively and contributes to successful event activations. Repair and Maintain Electronics: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on electronics to ensure all equipment is in optimal condition. This duty is crucial for minimizing downtime and maintaining the reliability of AV resources. Manage and Oversee AV Equipment Operations: Oversee the daily operations of audio, video, and lighting equipment for scheduled events. This involves managing inventory, ensuring equipment functionality, and maintaining cleanliness and readiness of all AV gear to ensure seamless event execution. Assist with Tradeshow Builds: Provide support to Event Management in the setup and build-out of tradeshow displays, ensuring that all AV components are integrated smoothly into the overall event design. Manage AV Asset Inventory: Maintain and manage the inventory of AV assets, ensuring accurate tracking and availability of equipment as needed. This duty supports effective resource allocation and planning.

Requirements

  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Event AV applications
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Analog/Digital Audio

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Audio Engineering, Multimedia technology or related field of study
