The Audio Visual Student Manager is in charge of creating and maintaining the schedule for the area. At the start of each semester they take information from the members of the area and create a schedule that is best for the team. Throughout the semester they must upload it to Teams and adjust it as needed on a weekly basis. The student manager must also assist the Audio Visual Supervisor in the hiring process for new technicians. This involves reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and discussing hiring. Following hiring the student manager assists with training new hires. Other various duties may include meeting and assisting the AV Supervisor throughout the semester.
