About The Position

As an Audio-Visual Engineer with the Tennessee Titans, you will support all events and studio production for games, touring, broadcast shows, and major events across Nissan Stadium, Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park, and Titans House. This role encompasses A/V and production operations, control room technology, back-of-house logistics coordination, freelance labor management, asset tracking, and equipment repair-all while maintaining strict adherence to standards and deadlines. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding service and ensure event success. This position plays a crucial role in shaping memorable experiences and advancing cutting-edge technology as we prepare to open our state-of-the-art venue in 2027.

Requirements

  • College degree or related work experience
  • 7+ years' experience in A/V, production and/or studio operations i.e. stadium, touring, venue, house of worship, broadcast, studio.
  • Expert knowledge of control room and A/V equipment and operations. Including but not limited to: Ross switchers and xPression, Evertz, Riedel, Dante, Digico, Sony Cameras and RCPs and PTZs, ETC lighting, EVS
  • Ability to operate any control room position as needed.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user
  • Advanced Adobe creative suite user
  • Capable of balancing multiple projects and events at the same time while still delivering on-time and on-budget.
  • Ability to convey highly technical information to non-technical staff including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in A/V and production technology operations and management at Nissan Stadium, Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park, and Titans House.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Entertainment, Broadcast, Corporate Partnerships, Football Operations, etc.), tenants, and tour groups to engineer and support the delivery of presentation elements for all events, including those held off-site.
  • Participate in and lead installation, configuration, and commissioning of A/V systems and projects ensuring compliance with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Serve as a technical lead, ensuring the delivery of high-quality A/V and IPTV solutions on complex projects.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for A/V and production requirements for games, special and major events including layouts, production operations, rigging and load-ins.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including A/V system design drawings, technical specifications, and cost options.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all clients and deliver excellent service, aiming to surpass the expectations and needs of both internal and external customers.
  • Develop technical and production plans for various events, covering timelines, equipment, staffing, and budgeting.
  • Loading and management of game, event, and IPTV content installation. Providing quality control for properly loaded, supported, and quality-checked for smooth and effective execution.
  • Conduct in-house training sessions on AV system technologies, emerging trends, and industry best practices for freelance and fellowship staff.
  • Attend event planning meetings to gather relevant information needed to prepare the stadium and facilities for upcoming events.
  • Document and maintain records of operational efficiency including the development of operating procedures and standards.
  • Assist in the design of New Nissan Stadium. Including RFP, selection, testing, and implementation
  • Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Production, Broadcast, & Technology
