Assignments will vary from equipment setup, management of various electronic equipment including digital displays and interactive patient TV (IATV)equipment to production of electronic media such as videos and other multimedia mediums. Will have an understanding of the digital equipment in conference rooms and how to troubleshoot and reboot systems if needed. Will create tickets to escalate issues in meeting spaces, providing Tier 1 Support on-site and over the phone. Must be able to work with all levels of employees with a focus on service to patients, and TriHealth employees. Must also be able to work with minimal supervision, be creative and have a take charge attitude with day-to-day tasks and various projects. When working with customers, must be able to obtain information, analyze the message and provide guidance, but at the same time keep the customer at ease while assisting them. It is essential that this person be a team player and able to work at any facility.
