We are seeking a Warehouse Audio Technician (A3) to work with the Show and Event Services Department at the Dallas Branch in Irving, TX. As a Warehouse Audio Technician (A3) for the Show & Event Services team, this role will be responsible for prepping, pulling, and putting away audio equipment. This role has the opportunity to do local shows and learn how to operate as a technician on the show site. Summary of essential job functions Prepare orders for events according to the schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) of audio equipment. Keep the inventory system updated at all times. Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notifying the supervisor. Report any discrepancies or repairs needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment to optimize space utilization Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of experience as a technician in a hotel setting, education, church, and/or large organization is preferred Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment is preferred Ability to work a rotating and flexible schedule that is based on client needs, which includes nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, without assistance Skills and Specifications Must have exceptional organization and time management skills Must have a strong sense of team collaboration, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with or without supervision Must be detail-oriented and quality-driven Must be self-motivated, organized, and punctual Must be able to work with little supervision

Requirements
