The Marketing Audience & Data Management (ADM) function ensures consistency in the use of information, the evaluation of alternative MarTech techniques that are appropriate for prediction and decision making, and the rapid deployment of relevant offers to customers in order to foster sustainable revenue outcomes. The Audience Management Group Leader will join the ADM Audience Management team, with specific focus on Citi Retail Servies (CRS) targeted Marketing offers to Existing Customers. Position will manage a large team that oversees Marketing campaign implementation, special projects, waterfall evaluation and Marketing offer implementation across a variety of online and offline channels. The Audience Management Group Leader will also provide insight-driven recommendations to enhance strategies and drive process efficiency across the organization. Role requires interaction with cross-functional, cross-geographic team members within the CRS and broader USPB organizations, requiring understanding of Business goals and drivers, and the ability to consult on technical design with non-technical audiences. Additionally, role has direct oversight of day-to-day operations of a critical list processing vendor and strong integration with internal IT teams. The ability to bridge English strategy to technical implementation is critical and to work seamlessly across Business and Technical resources from peers through Senior Management is a must. Role will be hands on within the Proprietary Marketing Platform, coding and testing scenarios as they solidify for eventual in market execution.
