The focus of this apprenticeship will be about how musicians grow their online audience via social media discovery and digital marketing - and how that can contributes to streaming, tickets and album sales. You will work with the 4AD marketing department, learning about digital audience building trends and methods. This will be a dynamic and hands-on role, working as part of a small team, with ample opportunity to contribute to creative strategy as well as more traditional logistical coordination. It is intended to be very educative, in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple artist projects with differing sizes of audience. A passion for music is essential but no previous experience working in the music industry is needed. Please note that this is not an A&R role.
