You will manage the entire service lifecycle for our guests, ensuring their high-performance vehicles receive the precision care they require while maintaining absolute transparency.

Requirements

  • Sophisticated Communicator: You can navigate high-level conversations with a diverse, premium San Francisco client base.
  • Integrity-First: You understand that trust is the foundation of our 79-year-old business.
  • Action-Oriented: You thrive in the high-energy environment of a major city dealership and understand that speed and accuracy go hand-in-hand.
  • Qualified: 2+ years of automotive service experience (Luxury or German brand experience is a major plus) and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • The Audi Welcome: Provide a sophisticated, white-glove greeting and perform detailed vehicle walk-arounds.
  • Expert Consultation: Utilize diagnostic data to explain vehicle health and maintenance needs to guests with clarity.
  • Precision Management: Coordinate with our factory-trained technicians to ensure repair accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Digital Communication: Use modern platforms to provide real-time updates and videos of service progress to our tech-savvy clientele.
