Attractions Operator
About The Position
Attractions Operator Natural Bridge Caverns is looking for full and part-time team members to be Attractions Operators. The Attractions Operators provide a fun and safe environment for all guests of the Twisted Trails Adventure Course, AMAZEN’ Ranch Roundup, and the B.A.T. (Belt Assisted Transport). The Attractions Operator provides a positive environment for our guests while being proactive members of the Natural Bridge Caverns team. Applicants should be ready to smile, be hospitable and provide a positive and fun experience for all our guests. Operators are responsible for having in-depth knowledge of the ropes course rules and safety. Safety focus and situational awareness are essential for this role. Operators should be able to communicate the rules to all levels of understanding, effectively and courteously. Operators should have a friendly smile to greet guests with, be able to provide excellent customer service, be able to operate the Point-of-Sale system, and have excellent cash handling, problem solving and general housekeeping skills. Operators should also be able to assist in medical emergencies. All training is done in-house, so experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is not required. Training can be done within the first week of employment and will be a mixture of hands-on approaches and one-on-one training.
