We are currently seeking Attractions Attendants to work within Mall of America to operate our Human Crane! Do you enjoy making a positive impact through outstanding guest service? Requirements
- Is energetic, outgoing, and loves meeting new people
- Enjoys making a difference in the lives of our guests through outstanding guest service
- Is coachable and willing to learn. This is an entry-level position. No experience is required. We will provide you with all the training you need!
- Enjoys being part of a team and has a teamwork attitude
- Is willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent guest service
- Assisting guests with payment methods
- Assisting guests with harnessing up for the Human Crane
- Operate controls for the Human Crane
- Ensuring the location is safe and clean for our guests.
- Stock and fill the Human Crane with merchandise
