Requirements

• Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Physicality: This is a "medium work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
• Candidate must be at least 18 year of age.

Responsibilities

• Command the Controls: Take full ownership of the attraction’s operation, from technical start-ups and stops to monitoring equipment performance for a smooth, safe ride every time.
• Be a Safety Champion: Protect our guests by strictly enforcing height requirements, securing safety harnesses, and maintaining total focus while the attraction is in motion.
• Guide the Guest Journey: Deliver an unforgettable experience by directing crowds, assisting riders, and using your "stage presence" to communicate clearly with groups of all sizes.
• Master the Flow: Keep the energy high and the area sharp by managing payments, maintaining a spotless workspace, and jumping in on special retail projects during downtime.
