About The Position
USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency. Senior attorneys support high-risk litigation, complex appropriations issues, and cross-functional legal advisory services for USAID’s closeout.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) + active bar membership.
- 8+ years federal legal experience in the relevant practice area.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex legal reviews across acquisitions, grants, and appropriations.
- Provide senior advisory services across USAID offices.
- Mentor junior attorneys and oversee work products.
- Manage litigation and regulatory workload.
