About The Position

USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency. Under the Agency-wide closeout effort, OAA requires contracting professionals to support contract terminations, closeouts, cost evaluations, and full cradle‑to‑grave contract administration. Position Summary: Support cradle-to-grave acquisition actions including terminations, cost/price evaluations, and contract closeout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years USG contract management experience, including at least 1 year performing contract terminations.
  • Ability to work independently without performing inherently governmental functions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pre-award and post-award documentation.
  • Perform contract administration including terminations and settlement negotiations.
  • Conduct cost/price analyses and allowability reviews.
  • Coordinate with Contracting Officers, legal counsel, technical offices, and partners.
