Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Director of Attorney Talent Acquisition. The Attorney Talent Acquisition Coordinator assists the Attorney Recruitment team in executing activities related to the recruiting and hiring of attorneys, including summer associates, lateral, and alternative track career attorneys. This position supports all phases of the recruitment process and plays a key role in the successful execution of the Summer Associate Program and other recruiting initiatives. The candidate should be flexible to work overtime as needed, especially during peak student recruiting periods.
