About The Position

O’Hagan Meyer PLLC is looking for a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney who has 2-3 years of litigation experience to become part of our Philadelphia office. This is a wonderful opportunity for an attorney who is excited to work on a variety of employment law matters, encompassing both individual plaintiff cases and wage & hour class actions. Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in labor and employment litigation required.
  • Candidates must have demonstrated experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and engaging in discovery.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Admission to the NY Bar is a plus.
