Responsibilities

• Developing files to include liability and damage issues
• Developing files through trial, mediation and appeals
• Attending depositions and court conferences
• Client communication
• Providing exceptional customer service to members by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with membership-related needs
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless member experiences
