Requirements

• You are a licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.
• You're an expert at simplifying complex legal concepts for families, impeccably organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Delivering educational presentations
• Conducting 1-on-1 meetings to provide advice and review decisions
• Collaborating with paralegals and legal assistants to draft legal documents and manage filings

Benefits

• You'll receive a competitive base salary of $95,000 to $120,000 based on experience plus the opportunity to earn more through incentive-based compensation tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Measures of Success.
