Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License
- No Sex Offenders
- No felony in the last 6 years
- Can pass a background check with APS/CPS
Nice To Haves
- CNA or HHA Certification (NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
Responsibilities
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Toileting assistance and brief changing
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behavior
- Building meaningful relationships through companionship and support
- Must be able to lift +200lbs
- Trained on utilizing lifts to transfer patients
