Requirements

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete multiple projects in short time frames.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, open to and willing to act upon feedback.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining property grounds clean and functional including housekeeping of the lodge, routine tasks like emptying trash cans, and maintaining common areas.
  • Restocks household, cleaning, and hunting/fishing supplies to prepare for the next group of visitors and responds to visitors’ requests.
  • Regularly communicates with internal stakeholders to provide updates on property status, booking availability, and onsite equipment repair and/or special repair project needs.
  • Maintains visitors and events calendar.
  • Coordinates and sets up appointments for outsourced services as needed.
  • Ensures that site security and safety protocols are followed.
