About The Position

The ATP is responsible to effectively manage and oversee mobility equipment referrals for the Company while building and expanding market share and increasing profitability.

Requirements

• Prior knowledge of rehab products.
• 2 Years of experience in DME
• Maintain certificate as ATP (Assistive Technology Practitioner)
• Knowledge in all major insurance carrier reimbursement guidelines
• Ability to work independently
• Outstanding Communication and presentation skills – both written and oral
• Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed, up to 25%
• Must carry personal liability insurance with a minimum limit of 100,000
• Courteous Customer Service (internally and externally)
• System Proficiency (Microsoft Suite, 10-key skills, Brightree and other needed software applications)
• Excellent computer skills
• Must love helping People (both internally and externally)
• High level of attention to detail
• Positive influence on all employees
• Able to manage multiple priorities and close the loop when interrupted
• Able to demonstrate a high degree of passion and energy whilst maintaining a positive outlook.
