ATM Service Technician - Santa Fe, NM

Cook Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time ATM Service Technician to support our operations across the Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and El Paso areas. If youre a detail-oriented troubleshooter with a knack for technology, great communication skills, and a commitment to top-tier customer service, this could be your next great move. As an ATM Service Technician, youll play a key role in ensuring that our banking clients' ATM systems are running smoothly. This role focuses on second-line maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on a variety of ATM hardware and software systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 25 years of technical service, electronics, or ATM repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Willingness to train on advanced systems, including security equipment
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Nice To Haves
- NCR Certification a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain ATM products from multiple manufacturers
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electronic ATM components
- Perform software reloads, preventative maintenance, and cleanings
- Coordinate and prioritize daily service calls
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Keep detailed service reports and documentation
- Maintain spare parts inventory
- Occasionally handle ATM cash access situations under strict protocols
- Support fellow technicians and learn new systems, including security hardware
