About The Position
The position involves supporting the Company Owned ATM Network and handling vendor-related calls and requests from Direct Clients concerning Acquiring & Corporate Products. The role may also require acting as a back-up for the Issuing Contact Center when necessary, particularly for specific language support. Responsibilities include analyzing inspection data, conducting trend analysis, and identifying root causes of trends to recommend or implement changes to correct problems. Additionally, the role involves assisting with special projects, conducting inspections, preparing required documentation, and interpreting basic analytical data. The position contributes to the improvement of existing procedures and may provide inputs for training needs, as well as coordinating the rollout of client-specific procedures within the service center.
