About The Position

The Athletics department is seeking to fill two Athletics Events Graduate Assistant positions for the 2026-2027 academic year. Responsibilities for both positions will include, but are not limited to, assisting with general athletic operations including event management, assisting with ticketing & promotions, and scheduling & overseeing event management student workers. These positions report to the Director of Athletics and the Senior Associate Director of Athletics, and require availability during nights and weekends. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Acceptance into a Graduate Studies program at Carthage College
  • Availability during nights and weekends

  • Experience within athletics at the NCAA DIII level
  • Candidates with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds
