About The Position

Student employee will be assisting the Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Marketing with all facets of the AU Athletics ticket sales and box office operations.

Requirements

• Must be a current AU student.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Participating in box office operations, customer service, will call, and reconciliations at our ticketed sports of men's and women's basketball, volleyball, and wrestling.
• Administrative/Office Work.
• PA announcing.
• Gameday support.
• Other tasks (as needed) to support the Athletics Marketing and Ticket Sales team.
