About The Position
An opening exists for an athletic director beginning July 1, 2026 District 211 is seeking candidates who: Hold a current Illinois Professional Educator License with an administrative endorsement or be enrolled in a program that will result in endorsement prior to July 1, 2026 Able to meet the requirements as a PERA-qualified evaluator by August 2026 Possess coaching experience and/or have experience in administration in a high school setting Demonstrate evidence of excellent communication skills and cultivation of meaningful relationships with students, staff and families Champion diversity within a community while understanding how to meet the needs of all employees and students
Requirements
