About The Position

Lead and manage the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) Services Sales team. Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in related field
  • Experience with contract and vendor negotiations
  • Project management, financial/budget management, and resource management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of self-initiative, dependability, and ability to work wiht little supervision.
  • Ability to conceptualize complex business and technical requirements and transform them into comprehensible models and templates
  • Informed on technological trends and developments
  • Up to 20% domestic travel

Responsibilities

  • Manage the ATC Services Sales Team, including hiring, training, staff development, performance management, and annual compensation review
  • Develop, manage, and operate a business Development and Services Sales Go-To-Market strategy in the ATC that is in alignment with ATC and WWT vision and yearly goals.
  • Engage with Senior and Executive Leadership in our WWT accounts internally and externally to influence and close opportunity deals.
  • Manage the workload of the team and handle internal and external escalations coming from Account teams, Partner/OEMs, and Customers.
  • Work directly with various ATC stakeholders and teams to ultimately sell our services solutions, and ensure successful transition of opportunities into our ATC delivery teams responsible for delivery for our customers.
