Creates a passion for Rogue's Vision, Mission, Values, and Loyalty Culture by guiding the Payment Services team toward disciplined execution of department and organizational objectives. Provides independent Quality Assurance (QA) leadership through the design, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of the Payment Services Quality Assurance Program. Partners closely with production leaders while maintaining objective oversight, governance, and escalation authority. Supports exceptional member service by ensuring reliable payment channels and a strong control environment. Develops and coaches team members to strengthen Member Loyalty, expand member relationships, and enhance operational efficiency. Performs management responsibilities for the Payments Services team as assigned.
