Requirements

6+ Years Minimum Experience
Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

Allocate daily tasks to crews, brief methods, confirm tool readiness and vehicle load‑outs
Lead on‑site execution, validate steps against MOPs, and manage hold points
Check installation quality—mounting torque, alignment, labeling, and functional tests; record values
Capture photo/video evidence and ensure required measurements are logged
Verify customer contact and site access steps; escalate issues promptly
Confirm PM/service tasks executed (functional checks, adjustments, firmware/config updates)
Coach apprentices and techs on metering/measurement technique and documentation completeness
Close work orders with accurate notes, readings, photos, and redlines
Escalate abnormal findings (missing parts, facade issues, interference) for immediate action
Stage materials and kits for next‑day jobs; verify BOM completeness
