Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, etc.), master’s degree an advantage
  • 3+ years supporting small–to–medium construction projects, focusing on delivering outputs on time and to quality standards.
  • Practitioner-level expertise in quality control, document coordination/management, and program documentation (plans, schedules, reports).
  • Comfortable operating within established SOPs to produce delivery outputs and project schedules; monitor and review project information for accuracy and currency.
  • Proactive contributor to project management processes, seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in project/program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, PowerBI, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and familiarity with methodologies/frameworks (e.g., PMI, APM, Agile) and highly skilled in MS Office application
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project/program management methodologies and an understanding of the broader business context.

Responsibilities

  • Independently collate, interpret, and analyze data to prepare project plans, schedules, and governance documents.
  • Analyze project data and trends to develop simple, actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers.
  • Produce weekly and monthly project reports highlighting milestones, risks, and achievements to inform stakeholders.
  • Monitor, review, and evaluate existing PM processes; identify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, and systems.
  • Provide advisory input to optimize project management practices, ensuring alignment between policy and operational execution.
  • Complete complex, professional-level tasks with guidance, prioritizing workload and adhering to established policies to support PM functions.
  • Act as a focal point for operational project queries; liaise with stakeholders across the business to provide specialist advisory support to internal clients.
  • Familiarity with construction regulations, codes, procurement principles, and contract management basics.
  • Willingness to learn digitalization, process automation, and develop dashboard/reporting capabilities.
