Drew University seeks applications for a non-tenure track Assistant Professor of Practice in Data Science with expertise in Artificial Intelligence appointed in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science beginning August 2026. Key Responsibilities: The position’s primary responsibilities include course development, student advising, and engaging in service activities for the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. The successful candidate will teach and develop core courses that support the Department’s undergraduate curriculum and contribute to the Master of Science in Data Science program, with the goal of incorporating more artificial intelligence across the different curricula. Key topics of interest include artificial intelligence, machine learning, applied data analysis, applied regression analysis, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering and agentic AI, and responsible and trustworthy AI.
