The Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at Bradley University invites applications for a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure track faculty position as Assistant Professor in Residence. The FCS Department seeks a faculty member with expertise in Sports and Performance Nutrition who can develop and teach coursework within the Nutrition and Dietetics program, as well as other relevant coursework, as needed. The College of Education and Health Sciences is comprised of five academic departments. The Nutrition and Dietetics program is housed in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences and offers a Bachelor of Science (B.S) and Master of Science (M.S) in Nutrition and Dietetics. The Combined 4+1 B.S./M.S. Nutrition and Dietetics program provides an accelerated path to achieve both a B.S. and M.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics. The Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics program has received accreditation status from the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
