Bemidji State University (BSU) invites qualified applicants to join our team as an Assistant or Associate Professor of Geography and Director of Outdoor Leadership. The School of Sustainability and Life Sciences at Bemidji State University invites applications for a Tenure Track position at the Assistant Professor level with a primary focus on teaching GIS, Cartography, and Spatial Analysis with a secondary focus leading the newly established Outdoor Leadership Center and Certificate program at BSU. The candidate should have a solid foundation in student-focused and problem-based pedagogy, methodology and curriculum. We expect this faculty member will contribute expertise to the Geography undergraduate and Environmental Studies graduate programs and mentor the University’s Beaver Outdoor Adventure Club.
