This role requires navigating complex business priorities to satisfy customers and develop staff. The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to align business interests with the company, employees, and community, focusing on achieving revenue goals and assisting in all business aspects. This includes aiding in team member selection, maintaining high training standards, motivating staff, addressing customer and team needs, and staying aware of industry trends. The role also involves day-to-day operations such as training, sales, visual merchandising, inventory, administration, customer service, store opening/closing, asset security, labor scheduling, security system maintenance, and acting as Store Manager in their absence.
