Requirements

  • 3+ years of hotel management experience, preferably in a boutique or upscale property.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple departments and drive operational success.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest service and satisfaction.
  • Supervise and respond to guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring Brand Standard compliance in all aspects of operations.
  • Lead and supervise department heads and line staff, ensuring accountability and operational excellence.
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
  • Celebrate Success and share broadly.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager on pivotal initiatives to improve service, efficiency, and guest experience
  • Assist in developing a long-term Reserves plan for the property.
