About The Position

This leader is responsible for collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement short- and long-range operational plans that support the hospital's mission and vision statements and advocacy of the mission and vision. Develops policies and procedures for the facility and directs activities of medical, nursing and administrative staffs.

Requirements

• Require a master's degree in business or healthcare administration or related discipline.
• Require minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in organizational initiatives in a multi-entity health care system, or large hospital.
