Responsibilities

• Lead and manage semiconductor operations team to ensure efficient production processes
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and meet delivery targets
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify and resolve issues
• Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment and machinery
