The Association Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations and governance of support of the Association Board of Directors at The Villages Golf and Country Club. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this role ensures the effective administration of Association services, compliance with governing documents and California Common Interest Development (CID) laws, and the maintenance of strong communication between The Villages Team, Board members, District Advisory Committees (DACs), residents, and other stakeholders.
